My story
MEET LUCY~~~ Lucy is an apricot miniature poodle who just doesn't want to share her home with 'kids'. She was the only child for almost 11 years - until a year ago when her humans brough home a little one - and it just isn't working out.
So Grateful Paws was asked to find LUCY a new loving home. She has been spayed, is 12 years young - and has no health issues. She is totally housebroken and well behaved and would be content EITHER as an only pet or with another senior dog. She did have hip & knee surgery several years ago and walks with a limp but is not in pain. She is scheduled to see our groomer next week - so better pictures to follow. She would make someone a wonderful companion. She doesn't really care about long walks or trips to the doggy park - If you think LUCY might be a good fit for your family, please reach out to us with your completed application. A $75 adoption fee will apply. Please download an application from our website: NOTE: Adoption/rehoming fees are applied towards the vet bill: exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, dental if necessary, and a microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet - who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.May 4, 2022, 1:28 pm
If you have any questions or would like to adopt LUCY, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
