Evinrude 15 inch shaft rope start we rebuilt carb and replaced the water pump just due to the age,. the motor looks new, the engine block is spotless owner said used 1 time in freshwater and stored it for 25 years the throttle is smooth and tight the recoil is smooth and tight the motor is in such great shape we want to call it new.
maybe you can find a tired saltwater 15 horse for 700$. not like this one its ready to go!!!
